Comment
The trainee staff are always polite and engaging. They have a good mentor system for the staff and support them in their work. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is always a nice cuppa if I need one. Forward booking is offered and products are explained and recommended without pushy selling. An all round brill and relaxing experience.
