Yesterday had blow dry, but not was really happy, not bad but not right too. He’s used brushes to curling my hair, cud be it’s make him easy, but I not sure is professional. I had birthday voucher but paying just a little bit less. He’s take oil on his hand but my hair touched just a little bit, all it oil from hand he’s put on he hair. Mario think I not see it from mirror. I’m weekly do blow dry, always feeling relax, very well, but not this time. Cud be avoid this salon in the future. Price is good, cheaper than in another salons, but service much low.

First visit to salon and spend nearly £200 Random half filled coffee cups around the salon looking most unkept. Toilet had empty toilet rolls thrown around Music was very very loud but when asked to turn it down it was turned down No drink offered on arrival Water sprayed down back on hair wash and back of dress was soaked until got home to change No one on reception to greet on arrival had to hang own coat up and take gown myself. Lovely staff very kind and knowledgeable.

Friendly salon and I'm really happy with my hair cut. I was not given the 30% off for new clients as advertised. It would be good if this could be automatically applied when booking so that busy staff don't have to remember to apply the discount.

The whole appointment felt really rushed, there wasn’t really any volume in my root like I asked and the whole blow dry was just rushed. I’d came to the salon before and the whole thing (wash cut and dry) took about an hour and a half and a lot of care was taken with the cut and dry but this time it was just so rushed

I came in to be serviced by Hannah after receiving an email which stated her introductory rates, I had thought this was a ‘graduate stylist’ rate, was told my Mario there isn’t any graduates at the salon and the introductory rate was not honoured. Despite me confirming I had received the email about the introductory rates. Luckily I could afford the extra cost, but if I hadn’t been able to it would have been very embarrassing
