I’m a first time customer of ALTA and was blown away by the exceptional service I received today. I actually went in originally for a full head of highlights but Charmaine suggested a balayage which I never would’ve asked for. I trusted her knowledge so said go for it, and was informed and kept updated about the process throughout each step. She has provided the most natural looking and gorgeous balayage which smoothly blends my natural root hair colour into a stunning blonde, totally eradicating my blocky, grown out, 4 month old hair. Absolutely obsessed with it and have now found my new go-to salon since I moved to Hitchin.
