Everything is great but my stylist was 30 minutes late and it seems only 2 of the 4 chairs to wash hair fully work with 2 of them always having issues.

If it was just Fredy whom I am raring then it would be a 10, however the welcome from reception was cordial at best and bordering on dismissive but angry. The massage and shampoo were very disappointing and did not feel relaxing nor thorough. As if neither the receptionist nor the person doing massage and shampoo wanted to actually be there. So disappointed as it's the first time in years that I felt the need to give feedback like this.

I love this salon but everytime I come my appointment is slow to start and finish. I end up leaving stressed as time goes over so much. It would be great if my treatment could happen much quicker without so much waiting time between/during each aspect.

I did not get a massage with the hair wash - normally I have done in the past.

Our team are trained specifically on both the Stress Relieving Ritual prior to the service and the massage during the conditioning of the hair at the basin area. The haircut was pretty standard, styling was nice and they use good quality products. The hairdresser was really sweet although a bit clumsy. Really great opening hours that are convenient if you work 9-5. Only reason I wouldn’t go back is that it’s quite expensive when compared to other (better) haircuts I have had for a similar price!
