Brenda was brilliant, she knew exactly how to treat my curly hair and also treated my scalp psoriasis of which I’ve always had an issue with and can sometimes feel self conscious about but she made me feel so comfortable and gave me great advice! I’m so sorry I can’t remember the name of the girl who gave me the head massage but she was also brilliant. All the staff in there are so friendly and lovely, I was chatting with other staff including Oliver who just made me feel so comfortable and welcome! This was my second visit to Edward James and I can’t wait to make my third!
