Always well looked after by all the staff. Marty has done me yet another fab cut - I love his attention to detail, checking and rechecking the final design! And having points adding up from my previous visits, to make the end price that little bit cheaper is a real bonus!

Greeting was a bit disappointing maybe it was because I was paying for a child's haircut. The stylist was very good he explained about putting in layers and how it wasn't good to thin out the hair when it's long and straight which was very useful to know. What I don't understand is that in six months time my daughter will be 15 therefore the price of her haircut doubles but with exactly the same hair and still at school! That I will never understand.

We really sorry you felt that way about your greeting. That is totally not the case, we believe that children will hopefully one day become our adult clients so welcome them. I understand how you feel about the price going up at the age of 15, it is how I feel when children have to pay full price for a plane ticket. Perhaps I can shed some light on why prices go up. By the age of usually 13, most children want up to date modern and time consuming hairstyles. We spend as much time and in many cases more time creating their desired look as we do on our adult clients. Appointments are valued by the level of stylist and the time taken to perform a service. We have always had our student discount scheme, giving 15% discount Monday to Friday to bridge the gap whilst in full time education. Thank you for highlighting this, enabling us to explain our pricing tiers.
