Vanessa instantly made me feel comfortable and at ease. I felt completely understood in a way I have not experienced before in a salon- she had me at “currently your hair doesn’t express your personality the way your glasses do”. I love my quirky funky new hair do- I don’t feel mumsy or my age now. Cannot thank V enough. Initial impression of salon was excellent too when I enquired and booked. Really friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

First of all, the environment is great. Of course, all new and well appointed. Staff are all friendly and professional. Excellent end result with the style I required, attention to detail and the job was not rushed. Already booked for next time.
