After a number of acute illnesses my hair was in freefall. I couldn't style it anymore, the texture had changed dramatically, it was falling out randomly and I was at the end of my tether. The stylists were marvellous they literally took a couple of hours looking at my old pictures, talking about my health and my hair routines before cutting my hair. Over the past few months they have been carefully adapting the cut to my hair's changes and now I have an amazing cut, perfectly suited to me and my hair. Cannot sing their praises enough. Not only do I feel like myself again,but I LOOK like myself again too! I couldn't be happier! :-)
