I was bought some gift vouchers for my birthday for Eden and I was very excited to use them! I was welcomed very nicely to the building and it was very busy in their! I then met Aimee who was very sweet and nice. I was really looking forward to my dermolgica facial! Once I laid down she did ask if I was cold and at the time I wasn’t, there were lots of blankets I was under but I did only have my bottom half on. I did start to feel cold a little bit into it but I didn’t really want to say as thought it was because a cold day but thinking about it it should’ve been warmer in there and as I left all the staff were saying how cold they all were and an ex employee who I know said it was always cold in there. By 11:45 the heating should’ve been optimum in there? My facial itself was nice, not the best facial I’ve had, am glad I didn’t pay full price myself (I had £30 vouchers) I would’ve liked to have been told what I was going to have done and it been warmer in the room. I also heard a lot of doors slamming & footsteps. Not that this can be helped, merely an observation that didn’t help me relax! Also Aimee’s hands were quite cold!! I also thought my facial was meant to last 1 hour 15mins and I was in and out the building in 1 hour 5mins. But now I can’t find where I read 1 hour 15!! My experience was not bad by any means, I would just like to give feedback to how I found my experience hoping it could be improved quite simply! I enjoyed it as I rarely get treats like that but I have had better experiences and wouldn’t rush back. The staff were lovely though and they obviously thrive in hair as it was so busy!

I visited the salon today and had a colour and cut/blow dry with the lovely Holly. A little delayed today due to the timings fitting in other clients, however it was delt with very professionally and I was enjoying my experience so much it really wasn’t a problem. Hair colour and cut fantastic as usual. Thank you
