Nikki as always was quite brilliant. I appreciate the times we are in and that we all want our hair done, including me. The salon just felt so frenetic and noisy. Obviously the whole system and structure is new for everyone, but it felt as if the salon had not thought through what it might feel like for customers. Really not good when staff are struggling to find a basin or a seat for a customer. You might have tried a bit too hard to accommodate us all in coming back.

We are sorry that it is much busier than normal. In an ideal world we would have less team members working in each shift but after these hard times, the whole team were desperate to come off of furlough and get back into the salon again.
