Comment
Rather more crowded than I expected, and as a result very noisy, with people trying to speak over the sound of hair dryers and other people's voices! So, what with noise, masks, visors and sometimes screens as well, it was quite difficult to have a conversation - and I normally have very good hearing. The other thing (being a bit fussy), I thought someone could have swept up the hairs of the previous customer before I was shown to my seat in front of the mirror. Apart from that, everyone very friendly and welcoming and it was nice to be back! Perhaps next time will be a bit less frenetic.
