Sadly this visit caused me to be concerned for my own health and safety as the Salon was extremely busy and I had to go upstairs to have my hair washed and cut with the beautician waiting for my hairdresser to finish as she had a client waiting to use the room and had to hover around to light candles and prep room ready for the appointment, therefore the client was kept waiting. I felt this put pressure on both my hairdresser and the beautician. This was also not a pleasant experience for me as the lighting in the room was not great for hair cutting. My hairdresser is exceptional therefore I will be sating with Edens, had it not been for her I would have taken my custom elsewhere as very disappointed in my experience.

You are right, it is really busy and as much as we can plan for every eventuality, sometimes we run behind and waits can occur. We would never want you to feel rushed or unsafe so please please accept our apologies. May is looking a lot calmer as the initial rush dies down and we would like to invite you to have a complimentary Conditioning Treatment worth £7 at your next appointment.
