Have visited on several occasions before and have always been very happy. Today I went for a blow dry and asked for my hair curly, was told the man couldn't curl with the wand so would dry it then get one of the others to curl it. I was happy with that, however once my hair was dry I was told the girl who could have wanted it had left for the day, so left with a poker straight blow dry. The man was a really apologetic but I left feeling really unhappy. The man was lovely very polite and chatty but I just felt like.i left the salon thinking I could have done that myself at home and it wasn't what I wanted. Will I return - yes probably but would make sure the usual girl is there to do my hair

My first visit to a professional salon for many years. I could not fault the friendly service I received. My wife, a retired hairdresser, was really impressed with the with standard of the cut. I will definitely return and become a regular client.
