Amazing service and loyalty from Esentia staff. My regular hairdresser Hannah was taken ill - but still managed to contact me very early in the morning to arrange cover with Mark. She even passed my colour details to him. I was so grateful to get a rare free slot and delighted with the job Mark did on my colour and blow dry.
