Hello, It was my first visit,for a strait cut (Bob)and blow dry. I find first visits difficult they are very important. As this is when the client needs to be able to tell the hairdresser what she wants. We discussed layering, This I did not want,The hairdresser understood my request to give the hair a bit of fullness rather than just a straight blow dry and put in some large rollers,When finished it looked good.However when after a few days having washed it myself I realised there were two bits at the front underneath longer and not level all the way around.So I phoned and it was dealt with very quickly and soon levelled up with the rest of the hair to my satisfaction. Just a misunderstanding,I will be back,Thank you

First time at this salon and my stylist made me feel very comfortable and at ease (and the massage chair and head massage at the beginning nearly sent me to sleep!). Would definitely recommend.
