I have marked it down on environment due to it being extremely noisy. One member of staff in particular has a very loud voice and the whole salon at times is a total concoffany of noise with up to ten people all talking at once with nothing to soak up the sound.

I came to Pinks for a consultation with Geoffrey a couple of weeks ago. I was left with a sense of trust and confidence. Today was my first visit to have my hair coloured and cut. I would like to say that I am extremely impressed by the atmosphere in the salon, but overall with the approach, dedication, skill and professionalism of Geoffrey. I am new to the area and Geoffrey was recommended. I am so glad that I took up that recommendation. Geoffrey is interested, he listens carefully, gives helpful advice and obviously takes pride in doing an amazing job.I am thrilled with the outcome. There is a sense at Pinks that every client is important and Geoffrey must be an asset to them. I have booked another appointment and already know that I will continue to do so in the future Thank you Geoffrey.

Chloe always does a fantastic job, she knows exactly what suits me and what would look great! I always go with what she advises! The colour is exactly what I wanted!
