Once again a lovely experience, it’s just like visiting friends! Thank you so much for remembering my birthday and my present of a treatment. What can I say about my (senior) stylist Katie? She always does my hair beautifully and it always is exactly how I like it. She is a little treasure and I wouldn’t swap her for all the tea in China. Chloe is the best head massager in the world and she makes me feel so valued. Thank you again for all your efforts, they do not go unnoticed and are really appreciated. xx
