Great experience as always. Helen very attentive and professional and made my hair feel and look great. Phoebe did a nice job on my hair wash, again very attentive and the head massage was really good!

I was very nervous to go to a new salon as I’ve been somewhere else for five years. When I entered the place I was greeted straight away with a lot of smiley faces and my coat was taken to hang up on the coat stand. My Hairdresser introduced herself and sat me straight down and asked me what I’d like and we hit it off straight away. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and after cutting asked if I wanted any more off and was I happy? I felt very well looked after, and I was very pleased with the cut of my hair and definitely going back.

I was recommended to Pinks 18 months ago and from my first visit everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Ali is very talented and I am always delighted with the way she cuts and colours my hair. Phoebe, who usually washes my hair, is a great asset to the team and always does an excellent job.
