My hair was very very notty when she was washing it so she just pulled and pulled at it for a while, didn’t put any products to help brush it out, I was a bit worried about my hair falling out as it was very rough, and plus it really hurt! but I felt bad and didn’t say anything. Apart from that, it was very good
