From the moment I booked the appointment, the team at Pink were so accommodating! I had managed to seriously mess up my hair after a DIY attempt at lightening my previously coloured hair... I expected lectures, judgement and frowns but what I got was the opposite- Nichola explained how she was going to ‘fix’ my mishap, listening to how I wear my hair and what I wanted to eventually achieve. She was professional but really friendly, we laughed about all sorts of things and I felt really comfortable in her capable hands! The end results (a million highlights, toner, smart bond and cut and blow-dry) we’re far better than my expectations, she achieved a great colour and made my hair look healthy with minimal adjustment to the length (thank you)! I was given aftercare advise and tips. Also have to mention that I had to bring my daughter with me to the appointment- they gave her breakfast and drinks and set her up on what I can only describe as a throne with Netflix! Such a breath of fresh air to be so welcomed and feel so relaxed in such a beautiful salon with such lovely staff. Will definitely return and recommend to others!
