Lovely atmosphere and very friendly staff. I was very happy with the service and the result but I felt it was quite overpriced to pay £36 for just a little trim for my 3.5 year old.

Treated very well. Massage with hot stones could have been firmer. Stool needs to be larger and more stable, for helping the client, get on the bed. Treatments are expensive but they are expensive elsewhere, as well.

This was my first visit to Pink of London and I absolutely loved it. The salon itself is gorgeous, and most importantly it’s clean. The staff are friendly and you can tell they pride themselves on good customer service. I had a hydrafacial, which was definitely an interesting experience! It’s not a relaxing facial but it felt good cleaning my skin. My only suggestions would be to play spa type music quietly during the treatment, and to have a bit more communication. It was explained at the beginning what would happen, but I was surprised with LED type lights at one point and it would’ve been nice to be warned! Overall I really enjoyed it and I’ll definitely come back to try something else.

When I went to pay I was told £25, when I got the receipt it had said £30 which I wasn’t aware of But the girl who did my nails was lovely

Ruby created a lovely, calming environment and the treatment was just what I needed. The only downside was noise from the salon, which impacted on the environment created.
