Whilst I think Victoria is great at tints and general care, she is far and away from a decent blow dryer. I was most disappointed on many levels today. My hair did not look like it had been blow waved and quite frankly, people were amazed when I mentioned I had been to the hairdresser. I do a better job at blow waving my hair myself. The other disappointment was that Darlene showed no interest in what Victoria was doing or did and didn't even ask if I was happy. It was very clear that this was a lank, no styled hair look and absolutely nothing like I would expect from the attention I would normally expect. I intend to call Darlene on Tuesday to discuss this further.
