I was very happy with the service I received… both the colour and the cut were great! My only complaint would be that the appointment took 1 hour and 15 minutes longer than was planned. While this didn’t cause me any major problems today, on a different day I might have been rushing off to another appointment afterwards. If possible, it would be good for more accurate timings to be given when booking the appointment or perhaps suggesting a range of potential times.
