Welcomed with a lovely decaffeinated coffee. shown photos of styles to choose from. Relaxing massage of scalp during shampoo process. Although my hairdresser was interrupted a few times did apologise for delay. Was satisfied with an excellent result. Feeling uplifted and left with a New Look making me feel good!j
