Wonderful! All the stylists are very warm and friendly. Louise who works on my hair ( ‘works’ literally as I have hair resembling thick fuse wire crossed with rabid horse hair) always makes me look sleek and human. I get my monthly ‘me’ time chilling, reading all their expensive glossy mags and having a brew. What’s not to love! Products used are always top notch and a selection is always on hand should you require a last minute birthday or Christmas gift.
