This was my first time at the saloon, it definitely will not be my last. The website was easy to use, so booking my appointment was not stressful, I could look for a day and time for me. The moment I stepped into the building I felt valued. I received excellent customer service and my hair has been cut and blow dryer to perfection! Thank you Simple Hair and of course Sophie ! I've been getting my hair done at Simply Hair in Melton Mowbray since I've moved to the UK, and I always had a fantastic experience. The staff are incredibly welcoming and very talented. Paige has done my hair twice, both coloring and cut. I loved how amazing my hair looked as she really listened to what I wanted and offered expert advice to ensure the cut and color suited me perfectly. My husband also came along for the first time and got his hair done by Sophie B. He loved the finish look! Sophie really listened to what he wanted and made sure to deliver an amazing cut and experience. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, making the entire visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend Simply Hair and we’ll definitely be returning, as it became our "go to" hair salon.
