I was previously late for my first appointment from bad traffic travelling home from work. I was a bit stressed from my drive and the feeling of being late for my appointment. I was still greeted with a friendly smile and the lady explained there was only time for one of my appointments which was understandable. I asked if there was availability for an appointment the next day and the lady was able to fit me in for both appointments instead of rushing on the previous appointment. I really appreciated this as I was going on holiday and didn't have much spare time. When I arrived for my appointment the next day again I arrived with a warm friendly manner that made me feel at ease.
