This was my first visit to Edward James Balham Branch and it really exceeded my expectations. I loved the vibe and look of the salon. I felt so spoiled and received a complimentary head and neck massage. Deren was great and offered loads of advice for my colour and future appointments going forward. This is the first time I have ever been offered and had a glass of prosecco, and when it came to rinsing the colour off, the messaging chair was a real pleasant surprise! I felt like I was a real VIP and was one of the most memorable experiences I think I will ever have at a salon. I loved every minute of it and will definitely be back...
