To enhance each salon experience, our guests are treated to complimentary signature rituals such as Scalp, Shoulder & Neck massages, Aromatherapy Sensory Journeys, Gents Cleanses and Hand & Arm massages using products from Aveda’s 97% Naturally Derived Pure Plant and Flower Essences range.
To help unwind and melt away tension while allowing an escape from the pressures of the outside world, fresh herbal teas and a complimentary glass of bubbles in the evening perfect all appointments.

Thank you for sharing your feedback following your visit to our Salon. Whilst I’m pleased to hear you had a positive experience with our team, I’d like to address your concerns regarding our carbon footprint directly. Sustainability is something I take very seriously and we look at how we can reduce our environmental impact across all of our salons.
Here are some of the key measures we’ve implemented:
Low-Energy LED Lighting: Over the last six years, we’ve replaced all our lighting with low-energy LED alternatives, including ceiling lights, Edison bulb features, and mirror backlights. LED lighting uses up to 75% less energy than traditional lighting and lasts significantly longer, reducing both energy consumption and waste. Our power is set on timers, so there is an automatic shut down isolator switch in our salons to reduce standby-mode leakage overnight.
Low VOC Paints: We exclusively use low VOC (volatile organic compound) paints, which emit fewer harmful chemicals, improve air quality, and are far kinder to the environment. Again, this was a conscious decision to go the extra mile for sustainability.
Natural Materials and Waste Reduction: Where possible, we avoid using plasterboard, opting for sustainable materials like solid timber, or leaving ceilings exposed to minimise material usage and construction waste.
Ethically Sourced Timber: Many of our installations, such as tree-trunk partitions and timber displays, are created from timber felled through the National Trust’s forest thinning programmes, where we make a donation and at the same time to ensure we are supporting vital conservation efforts.
Locally Sourced Materials: We aim to source materials and products specifically from UK-based suppliers to reduce emissions from international shipping. For instance, our tiles, timber, flooring, wallpaper, and other furnishings are sourced locally to minimise the carbon footprint of transportation.
Repair and Reuse: We prioritise repairing and refurbishing salon items, such as basins and furniture, to extend their lifespan and prevent unnecessary waste from going to landfill. It is cheaper to simply replace them, however this is not something that is sustainable.
Energy and Water Efficiency: Alongside our LED lighting, we’ve installed timer switches to prevent unnecessary energy usage. Our salons use Salon Master water heating systems which are more efficient. Eco showerheads that reduce water consumption by up to 60%, are also used and all our WCs feature low-water dual-flush systems.
