I had a lovely experience and was really happy with my hair at the end. It was very relaxing and a beautiful spot and staff were very attentive. But it is very expensive and I was charged more than I thought I’d pay.

The overall feeling was good. The staff were friendly and I felt comfortable. However, I was not entirely happy about the result, maybe there was a misunderstanding of some sort but I did not get the result I was expecting and I did not realise until it was too late, in a way I feel like I paid for a service that did not live up to my expectations and I don't have the results I desire - at least part of it.

I was really happy with pretty much everything, my hairdresser was lovely and kind, I just wanted my hair to be cut a bit shorter than it was, and it took me a couple of times to mention this and still it was left longer than I had imagined when I planned on getting it cut. I am not saying the cut is bad, I do like it, I just was hoping to have a shorter style than I ended up with.

Such a lovely salon, great service and fab products. My only criticism is it can take a very long time.. (four hours for a colour, trim and rough dry..) The team are very friendly and chatty but this actually seems to slow some of them down a bit. I’ve had some great hair from the salon, and whenever I’ve had something that wasn’t quite right, they’ve quickly got me back in to fix it. It’s well run and has a good atmosphere.

So the salon was lovely and the products were nice. The quality of the cut and dye was nice too and what I wanted. However they were clearly understaffed so I was left by myself by my stylist on several occasions for over 15 mins, for example half way through my highlights being done and left alone in the sink too. I don’t hold that against the staff as clearly not their fault they are short staffed but I don’t think that is justifiable, particularly at the cost of the salon. I think had that not happened it would have been a lovely experience overall. I probably will come to the salon again.
