Jessica who I booked in with and did my colour was lovely, very helpful, very professional, I would definitely come back and book with her again and would recommend her. The girl who did my shampoo and blow-dry, who's name I did not get but she was the girl with short hair with pink in the front. She seemed very nice, but inexperienced. My shampoo was lovely but my blow-dry was not great. I had to fix my own bangs after she tried twice, which was a bad end to y first experience there. I also had to do my own stain removal, which she didn't offer and then when I asked she dabbed at the stains, so I had to take over. I think she was trying to be considerate of my skin but makes the process redundant. I would rather been seen by one person or 2 people of the same level for which I paid for the appointment.
