I frequently have to wait up to 20mins (sometimes half an hour) before I see my stylist. The free massage is a nice touch but I’d prefer to be seen at my appointment time promptly. It adds a lot of time to my appointment. My visits are always over 2hours just for getting my roots done and a rough dry.

Colour was excellent however very disappointed with the cut. I pointed out what I thought was wrong (uneven) to the stylist who told me it was all ok. A very frank friend told me later that it was a poor cut, this was disappointing as I had previously been to another stylist there who did a good cut. I returned the following day and another stylist listened to my concerns and tried to remedy it, however when I washed and blow dried it myself; I could see that she had improved it but not to the extent that I would have liked. Unfortunately I went in after I had done a spin class so it may have dried a bit funny - however this could have been overcome by spraying it wet. The cut and colour was expensive in my opinion (£286) and for that I would expect it to look really good. I have very fine and thin hair however my previous stylist at this salon cut it to my expectations so it can be done!
