I was really happy with pretty much everything, my hairdresser was lovely and kind, I just wanted my hair to be cut a bit shorter than it was, and it took me a couple of times to mention this and still it was left longer than I had imagined when I planned on getting it cut. I am not saying the cut is bad, I do like it, I just was hoping to have a shorter style than I ended up with.

The overall feeling was good. The staff were friendly and I felt comfortable. However, I was not entirely happy about the result, maybe there was a misunderstanding of some sort but I did not get the result I was expecting and I did not realise until it was too late, in a way I feel like I paid for a service that did not live up to my expectations and I don't have the results I desire - at least part of it.

The temporary girl who washed my hair and blow dried I don’t think had done it before. She didn’t know I was getting a treatment (which I asked to skip as she was asking me lots of questions on what she should use so I didn’t have confidence she knew what to do). There was no head massage and still colour coming out onto my hand after we finished. My hair was greasy by the end and I was drying it by myself as she was really struggling. I was offered to wash my hair again as the Harriet (usual colourist) agreed the conditioner hadn’t been washed out, but I needed to go/didn’t want to get washed by her again. Usually quite good, but today was pretty poor - I wouldn’t get her back to the salon.

I had a lovely experience and was really happy with my hair at the end. It was very relaxing and a beautiful spot and staff were very attentive. But it is very expensive and I was charged more than I thought I’d pay.
