I was quite nervous before my appointment as although I have been before and enjoyed it, it was quite a while ago and this time I wanted to go for a big change, I had a colour consultation with Jessica and had the actual appointment with Aaron. I didn't need to be nervous because Aaron put me at ease straight away. He explained everything really well and was the right amount of chatty to quiet. All the other staff were lovely too. Both Jessica and Aaron agreed that the colour I had originally thought of having was probably too dark for me so they pointed me in the right direction colour wise. I really like the use of Aveda products which is very different to products that other places use. A full 10/10 from me and I think I have found my new hairdresser !
