As always, Laura provided a very professional & excellent service. However, the treatment rooms are extremely dated & the towels provided are almost threadbare! The whole experience could be so much nicer if the rooms had a revamp. If it wasn't for Laura, I wouldn't return.

The treatment I came in for is 25% more expensive than in other salons. I originally tried to make an online booking but couldn't remember my password. The reset password link didn't work, i.e. no email was sent to me so I could reset password. It would be great if this could be fixed.

The insense is very over powering and nearly knocks you out. Something lighter or a citrus scent would be far more preferable.

My Pedicure with Francesca was excellent . Her attention to detail was first class and I would certainly recommend her to my friends . The salon was clean and well appointed, however I felt that overall the atmosphere was rather cold, some pictures or flowers and some music would be nice, and I would have liked some up to date magazines to read the ones given to me were rather old .

I have visited Cove a number of times and been very pleased with the service. Today was a slightly less than perfect experience - for the first time the therapist didn’t leave the room as I got undressed and I was only offered a light sheet to cover myself rather than a proper blanket as usual. I also found the treatment a little disjointed and I could hear the therapist regularly checking her notes as to what to do next. I appreciate people need to learn but I did find it rather less relaxing and reassuring as a consequence e.
