All the staff at Colin Moxey are always friendly, accommodating and eager to please. They are also great cutters (especially Richard) and colourists(I have had great colour from Colin, Deanna and Lauren). I highly recommend this salon to anyone and I have!

10 out of 10 for every category that is applicable. The fourth rating category doesn't apply, as I didn't seek professional advice. That's the only reason I have zero rated it. Your system wouldn't let me omit a category. You need to make it more flexible. Thanks for the good and friendly service.

Not really able to give informed comment on value for money as I usually get my blow dry service done by a a student at a small country town and there would obviously be a fairly significant price difference. I did feel very relaxed & comfortable there and that says a lot as I tend to rate visiting a new dresser along the the same lines as visiting the dentist in terms of anxiety!

I have been a loyal (10+ years) and frequent customer of Colin Moxey. I don't feel that this is always appreciated, I most recently had a relatively junior and inexperienced staff member style and set my hair for a significant work event I attended. Whilst she did her best, it wasn't at the usual standard I would expect from this salon. I feel staff did not really try to accommodate my request to get my preferred stylists to style my hair. Whilst I appreciate they were booked to attend to other clients, they were performing routine cuts which I feel may have been rescheduled. This rating is by no way a reflection of the usual service I receive from Sally, Natalie and Richard who are always on their A game and keep me coming back.

We absolutely love and appreciate having you as a client and we really do try our very best to look after you in whatever way we can. As you have mentioned on the day of your event we had a completely full salon and although we did our best to reschedule the other clients (so we could get you to your preferred stylists), none of our customers could change their appointment times on that day.
