My hairdresser was so lovely and gave some great advice on how I can grow my hair but also keep it healthy. I couldn’t recommend her enough! I was a little disappointed with my hair wash, it took all of 2 minutes to do and the staff member didn’t ask whether I wanted a head massage, i’m pretty sure this is standard for any salon. I didn’t feel pampered at all and the young staff member seemed way to put out to wash my hair properly. I also noticed that she didn’t put a robe on me so my clothes got wet, I would have thought she would have given me a robe. The overall experience was okay, but I definitely would like to have been pampered a lot more, I was quite disappointed.

Generally good experience and friendly staff. Back of head near neck was not washed properly at all, and rough dry was poorly done - had to redo when arrived home. Otherwise everything else totally fine and staff accommodating.

My Apointment was made 6 weeks ago for 3.45. At 3.30 on the day I received a phone call saying my stylist was running late and asking me not to come until 4.15. I was already in town so it was not very convenient but I agreed. I arrived just before 4.15 and was asked to wait until my stylist was free - at 4.30 I was still waiting 😡. My stylist is lovely and I am happy with the way she cuts my hair but that is ridiculous. I thought I might have been offered some kind of reduction because I had had to wait so long but no. I understand that sometimes things overrun but this was more than 45 minutes - so no I wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends.
