I had my hair cut , friday just gone to trim my full head of hair before going on holiday bbut my layers don't seem to have been cut hardly at all ! My hair is quite thick so needs to be managed and unfortunately has been very un managable whilst i'm away . I am going to have to have my hair cut again when i get back.

My Apointment was made 6 weeks ago for 3.45. At 3.30 on the day I received a phone call saying my stylist was running late and asking me not to come until 4.15. I was already in town so it was not very convenient but I agreed. I arrived just before 4.15 and was asked to wait until my stylist was free - at 4.30 I was still waiting 😡. My stylist is lovely and I am happy with the way she cuts my hair but that is ridiculous. I thought I might have been offered some kind of reduction because I had had to wait so long but no. I understand that sometimes things overrun but this was more than 45 minutes - so no I wouldn’t recommend it to my family and friends.

Lola was lovely, very pleased with my haircut and her attention to detail. I was disappointed about not being told in advance for the patch test. Which is crucial and therefore resulted in not being able to get my hair toned... causing inconvenience for when i am now available to get around to it...

Easy user friendly online booking system. I was pleased to have a same day appointment. Efficient welcome when I arrived and comfortable waiting area. Lovely area to change although it would be nice if there was a hook for a coat. The lady who carried out my treatment was lovely, friendly and chatty; making me feel very at ease and reduced any embarrassment I felt. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this salon
