It's really lovely coming to Cocoon. The staff are all, always so friendly. Special mention to Lorlee for not only sorting out my mad lockdown hair, but for making my trip to the salon a genuine treat. As a busy working Mum there isn't always much 'me' time. Lorlee made sure I had a great visit and I can't thank her enough!

I had a wash, cut and blow dry done by Lorlee last week and I love my new hair. She called me earlier in the day to ask if I could delay my appointment by half an hour which was fine by me as I had nothing else on that day and she was apologetic and thankful both on the phone and in person. She was really lovely and accommodating asking if I wanted a drink on arrival. She listened to what I wanted and gave me advice on what would be best for my hair based on its length and thickness which I really appreciated. The overall experience was very relaxing, just what I needed after my exams. The cut was just what I wanted and she shortened my fringe when requested. I love the finished results and have received a number of compliments. I would definitely recommend Lorlee and Cocoon Hair and Beauty.
