It was really a nice experience and everything was ok apart from the time because normally it’s mentioned 1h-1:15min massage but it’s not exactly that. It was my second time facial and as usual they will finish in about 40min. It’s just that otherwise I enjoyed it. 😊 and I will obviously refer to others as well. I hope next time I will have my at least an hour relaxing massage😂.

Friendly salon in Central Reading. Not an overly large space but all staff seemed to be friendly with their clients and my hairdresser was respectfully quiet and chatted when spoken to. Prices are about average for Reading, good 20%! Off deal for new customers.

I understand that it was a very busy time of the year just one week before Christmas. However my appointment was booked for 11.45 and i arrived at 11.40, but Karlton did not come to see me until 12.15 and did not offer any apology. But I did appreciate the fact that I was taken to the overflow area downstairs which was far less busy, good during these Covid times
