The 'professional advice' question only got that score because it wasn't really relevant to the type of appointment. Full marks overall would have been given if I was offered a drink e.g. water and if the salon was brighter, it's a little bit dull.

This was the first tym I went to colour my hair.Kayleh was really nice and she helped me out with the kind of colour that would suit my hair .After the colour my looked totally changed and I looked so good with my new set of coloured hair. Overall it was really good.

Kayley is just fantastic! She takes time to listen to what you want and then discusses and gives advice as required. I'm growing my hair and she took just the right amount of and I left with a style and shape that I love and can manage going forward.
