Amazing amazing !! Walked in on Easter Monday without an appointment and they accommodated a same day appointment. Got a haircut. Went from waist length hair to shoulder length hair. Lorlee was simply brilliant ! You know the few times you explain what you want and you get exactly that.... This was it :) Came out feeling veey confident, thank you.

Charlie is simply amazing! Great hairdresser, lovely lady and fabulous advice too! Knows exactly what to do to make my hair look amazing without charging me for things I don’t need. I will keep coming back to her time and time again - she is amazing!!!!

I went in for a deep condition treatment, cut and style and was seen by Vicky. She was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and a pure joy to spend time with. The staff checked in numerous times to see if I needed anything and the addition of a beverage or snack is the perfect touch. I really did feel pampered as one should when going to the salon. I would definitely return for a hairstyle here. Now, this is dramatically different to my experience with their nail salon. The nail technician seemed put out to a nail repair, not especially friendly, never asked any color preferences, and simply did my nails the way she wanted. I felt uncomfortable and exhausted by the end of the session. I will not be returning for nails at Cocoon.
