Generally good experience and friendly staff. Back of head near neck was not washed properly at all, and rough dry was poorly done - had to redo when arrived home. Otherwise everything else totally fine and staff accommodating.

I have Geleration nails on my hands done regularly by Gosia at Cocoon and she's great. Very knowledgeable (not just about nails) and professional, always does a brilliant job, and spends time with me each time I go trying to sort out a problem nail I have. She's also managed to sort out previous nail issues I've had in the past with ridges and splits. The finish on the nails is spot on and I always come away happy. She's a lovely lady and we have a good chat each time I visit. I highly recommend her. The only time I've been slightly less satisfied with a nails service at Cocoon was nothing to do with Gosia. It was when I had a pedicure done some time ago. The service was as good as always and I was happy with the finished outcome, but Cocoon don't have a pedicure chair. This means you have to sit/lie on a bed at an awkward angle whilst your feet are being tended to. The therapist also has to sit awkwardly in order to do their job. This might not be such an issue for some people (although don't wear a dress or a skirt if you value your modesty!) but I have a back problem and found it really uncomfortable, plus it can't be very ergonomic for the therapist. So it's put me off having another pedicure there, which is a shame because everything else about it was great.
