The nicest salon I've been to. Staff are friendly, professional and make you feel welcome. After moving here from London, I was so pleased to find Cocoon. Ellen has cut and highlighted my hair twice and I think she's done the best job of any hairdresser I've been to (and I've been having my hair highlighted for over 15 years!)
