I was extremely pleased with my hair cut on Sunday (21st Dec) and the attention to detail with my permanent colour which was re-touched due to one side not taking the colour. I really appreciated the time spent by Alice particularly as she was extremely busy. I wasn't kept waiting though and again, was very happy with the overall service. My colleagues remarked upon my haircut when I went into the office on Monday - and may even be bolder and have cut it shorter next time - all thanks to the service given by Alice at Club 21. Thank you!
