I didn't find the hairwash very nice, in fact it was quite painful. Not sure if the person was new but wasn't enjoyable sadly.

They are really good. I am very pleased by their service. But I feel they are quite expensive but I prefer come to here not any other saloon.

I always have Ellie when I visit and she always listens to what I want when I visit. She makes the whole experience nice and I come away feeling happy. The staff are good and always happy to help or give you advice on how best to treat your hair- without all the sales talk.

Colour and cut were very good but had hair blow dried by a more junior stylist and I could tell, not as sleek as I would have liked.

I used the online service to book for a wash blow dry and straighten. when I booked online it was a price of £20.00 for total. But when I got to the till after the service was finished a member of staff was to take the bill and it was a total of £29.00. I didn't think to question as I thought it was my mistake. I checked online and It was explain still the service should of been £20.00
