Haven't had my hair cut in a long while, but it was lovely to be spoilt by having my hair washed. The stylist was brilliant and I walked out having enjoyed the experience and a really nice hair do!

Whilst having my hair washed there was an overpowering smell of amonia as four customers were having dye treatments. A bit more fresh air is needed. It was fine at the front during my cut.

Used the salon on a training day for a colour package. Received courteous service throughout with the junior stylist being overseen throughout by her trainer, so felt completely relaxed and not worried about what colour hair i was going to finish up with!! My needs were taken care of with compliementary tea and coffee and magazines to peruse whilst the colour was "taking". I felt very happy with the outcome. Well done Ellie!!

bot ling after turning up early for my appt, i was advised my stylist was running a little behind and offered a free conditiining treatment whilst i waited. This turned out to be nearly half an hour head massage with conditioning treatment and then my appt began. Amazing way of making up a bit of a delay! and inspired me to have one of these treatments again. it was superb, relaxing, much aplreciated and my hair feels a lot better. thank you guys. very happy with my cut too!
