I am halfway through a 3 month world trip & needed my hair coloured & cut. My hairdresser in NZ had given me precise instructions on what products any hairdresser was to use - so like a diva. From NZ I had prebooked the date & time via email & Clipso insisted I come in & do a colour allergy test first - a sign of professionals. On the day of colour I was treated to coffee & biscuits twice & discussion with Kim on what I wanted & hair treatment history. All friendly & professional. I was delighted with end result of cut & colour & they mattched the colour perfectly. I would have no hesitation in returning on a later visit - in fact they recorded my details into the computer in case I do.
