The service was really good and shape wise, my stylist achieved exactly what I asked for. However, my cut is much shorter than I had asked for. I asked for around 10cm to be taken off and instead 20+cm was taken off. Although I had indicated the length I wanted it wasn’t double checked before the sit started. It wasn’t until the cut was almost finished that I got to see the final length, at which point it would have been too late to do anything about.

I have had my hair cut here a number of times and have usually been happy with the service but this time around I am unhappy. I agreed with my stylist that my hair would "rest on my shoulders" and still be long enough to tie back. Neither is now the case.

I normally come away very happy, I liked my cut but wasn’t asked how I’d like it styled/dried, and having my hair washed I didn’t get offered a head massage. It’s one of my favorite things to have when having my hair cut. My hairdresser was lovely though and cut it well.

Didn't use a cutting collar so hair all down me. Didn't listen to instructions about hair cut preferences with layers.
