Hello. I've been a regular customer with Clipso for over a year now, and whilst I was very happy with the service and experience previously, and have referred a friend as a result of that, my latest experience was a bit disappointing. I had booked an appointment with a more senior stylist as I have been having issues with hair loss and wanted a more experienced person to take care of it, however, when I arrived I was told that my selected hairstylist is off sick and so I will be seen by a more junior person. All of that would have been acceptable, except the person who ended up doing my haircut was also very sick. She was nice and did an okay job but she shouldn't have been working that day - she was sniffly, she was sneezing and overall didn't seem to feel well. She really should have been resting that day and I wouldn't have minded at all if the manager had called me to say that the team is sick, I would have been happy to reschedule. Hairdressers work in such close contact with customers that it really isn't acceptable for them to be that unwell when they treat somebody's hair.
